Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and shipped out within 48 hours.
We do not guarantee same-day processing or shipping. We process and ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Flat Rate - Standard Ground Shipping via Canada Post - Estimated Arrival within 2-10 Business Days. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to remote locations.
Flat Rate - Standard Ground Shipping via Canada Post is the only available shipping method currently. Estimated Arrival in 2-10 Business Days depending on location. Please allow up to 14 Business Days for shipments to remote locations. Please see below estimated shipping time by general region.

BACKORDERS
Pinwheel Lures strives to fill every order to its entirety. Any item(s) not available when your order is processed will automatically be cancelled and you will be notified by email. You will not be billed for any cancelled item(s). If you wish to still receive these items, you must reorder.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
Pinwheel Lures does not currently offer expedited shipping.
WHAT IS FREE SHIPPING?
It is FREE Standard Ground shipping(some exclusions apply), (see above), orders will ship Standard (Ground), via Canada Post or a combination of couriers. Actual shipping time is between 2-10 business days(see above for approximate shipping timelines). Shipping surcharges may apply(remote areas & larger items shipped). You will be notified prior to shipment if surcharges apply. Saturday delivery is not available.
CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER AT YOUR LOCATION?
No, customers will receive orders through mail/courier delivery only.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Pinwheel Lures currently only ships online orders to locations in Canada and USA.
CURRENCY
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes. The option to change the pricing to American dollars (USD) is available on the Online Store pages.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
The fulfillment process for most orders of in-stock items begins within 48 hours of completion of your online purchase. These items will be shipped once your payment is approved, the item is located and packaged, and the shipping address is verified.
After your order leaves our location, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal/provincial holidays within the Canada and other observed holidays.
